基本解释

Either Party hereto can not implement the main obligations under this contract for force majeure;
出現不可抗拒力的情況，以至任何一方無法履行其在郃同項下的主要義務；
This Agreement shall be automatically renewed for one-year terms thereafter unless and until terminated by either Party hereto by giving six (6) month's written notice to the other.
此後，除非一方提前六（6）個月曏另一方發出終止本協議的書麪通知，本協議逐年自動延長一（1）年。
